Here’s a little-known fact about me: I ate nothing but turkey sandwiches during the entirety of both my pregnancies. I consider myself a connoisseur; this one is crunchy, satisfying, sturdy, and a little bit spicy.

Who doesn’t need more (kid-friendly) ways to cook zucchini, right?
Once I discovered baked tacos, I never looked back. These are super easy to make (you can even make them ahead) and a HUGE hit with the kids. The baking gives them an extra crunch, and all the ingredients are all in there together, which for some reason tastes really amazing.
After briefly trying to think of some recipes for “a healthier St. Patrick’s Day,” and coming up completely blank, I decided this seemed like as good a time as any to talk about green smoothies. Heck, they’re green, right? And, if nothing else, drinking one can be an anecdote to any over-indulging you happen to do tonight.
