April Class: Fresh & Seasonal Family Meals

You are Invited to My New Class for April!

This fun and informative morning will focus on easy ways to eat better and help you get excited about dinner again.

We will cook several healthy and delicious recipes that are perfect for springtime family eating!

Learn easy cooking techniques and nifty kitchen tips, plus try some tasty new dishes that you can quickly recreate at home! Plus, during class I am happy to answer any and all of your burning questions, such as:

  • Hello, what do you mean by “real food?”
  • Why should I care about terms such as organic, grass-fed, and GMO?
  • Specifically, what foods should I be buying? And what do I need to ban from my cupboards?
  • And ideas for getting my picky eaters interested in healthy food and eliminating our dinner table drama?
  • I’m so jealous of people who can confidently “whip something up” in the kitchen! How can I learn to do that?
  • Do you have any suggestions for reducing my what’s-for-dinner dilemmas and stress about meals? I am SO over it!

We’ll cook up some fresh, seasonal recipes while we talk. Then we eat!
