I am honored to have joined the incredible group of holistic health practitioners, sustainability experts, yoga gurus, and the other highly evolved people who contribute to Gaiam’s blog, “Stream of Consciousness.”

If you’re not familiar with Gaiam, it’s a great company (based in Boulder, of course) that sells everything from recycled yoga mats to water purifiers to fairly traded Vietnamese silk scarves. Gaiam sells DVDs on topics ranging from natural arthritis pain relief to yoga that improves your sex life. If something promotes natural health, environmental wellness, or spiritual renewal, you can probably get it from Gaiam. I’ve worked for them as a freelance copy writer for several years, and have always coveted far too many of the products they sell!

So, here’s the link to my first blog post for them. Thanks for reading!

  1. That’s great, Bevin. Congratulations! I read your first Gaiam post yesterday and agree wholeheartedly with the Family Food Code. It should be easy to manage by all working families and is a great way to teach the youngsters the ‘right way’ which they can carry with them throughout their lives.
